Attached is the job description for the classification; the salary range is <br />$2,492- $3,028 per month. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: Recruitment for said position was conducted and an eligibility list <br />established. The candidate being referred for Council ratification meets the education and experience <br />requirements as specified in the job description. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: None. <br />FUNDING AVAILABILITY: This is a general fund position in the fiscal year 1996-97 budget <br />funded as follows: Account No. 100-6300-6302-1010 (salary) and Account No. 100-6300-6302- <br />1100 s e i 6_ <br />David R Zamora, Community Development Director <br />MISSION CRITICAL: This position is required to maintain effective operations in the Community <br />Development Department. <br />EXPECTED FILL DATE: June 4, 1997 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: None. <br />RECOMMENDATION: That City Council ratify the employee appointment to the full-time <br />position of Building Inspector II as recommended by the Community Development Director. <br />Attachment: Job Description <br />Prepared by: Arleen F.
