DiDolce. - Recommend <br />Denial <br />DATE: July 8, 1998 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />In accordance with the procedures adopted to insure proper and efficient handling of Liability <br />Claims against the City of Colton, the attached report has been received from the City's Liability <br />Claims Administrator. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: <br />Claimant has filed a claim against the City. Evaluation of this claim reflects that this case would be <br />highly questionable or no liability on the part of the City of Colton. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />Not applicable. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the above -listed claims be denied to commence the Statute of Limitations. <br />DM:vlp <br />Item # 9 <br />
