Evaluation of this claim reflect that this case would <br />be highly questionable or no liability on the part of the City of Colton. <br />yl►:►� lu' <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the above -listed claim be denied to commence the Statute of Limitations. <br />Item # 5 <br />
