CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />FOR COUNCIL MEETING OF August 06, 2002 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Dilu de Alwis, Finance Director "dl - <br />Item #6 <br />SUBJECT: Consider claims against the City of Colton submitted by: Maria Gamez, Mary <br />Ann Koozin, Sandra & John Payan for Sara Payan, and Michael Riddle. <br />Recommend denial. <br />DATE: July 17, 2002 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />In accordance with the procedures adopted to insure proper and efficient handling of Liability <br />Claims against the City of Colton, the attached reports have been received from the City's Liability <br />Claims Administrator. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: <br />The above Claimants have filed a claim against the City.
