Prior to rendering a decision in any proceeding involving a license, permit, contract <br />or other entitlement pending before the city council, any council member whohas <br />received been promised a gift or gifts aggregating $50.00 or more in value within <br />the preceding twelve months from a party or participant in the proceeding shall <br />disclose that fad either orally or in writing during open session. This disclosure <br />shall be made part of the official public record of the proceeding, either as part of <br />the minutes of the meeting or as a separate writing filed with the city. <br />Mayor/Council Declares Gift Disclosure Requirements. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS: <br />(1) Authorize the Award of the Architectural Design Contract for the Repair/Renovation of City <br />Hall to Kwang Cook and Associates in the Amount Notto-Exceed $49,945, and Authorize <br />the City Manager to Execute the City's Model Architectural Services Agreement with any <br />Minor Changes Approved by the City Manager and City Attorney as Appropriate; Authorize <br />an Allocation of $49,945 from General Fund CIP Reserve Account, Transferring Funds <br />from Budgetary Savings in other CIP Projects <br />ORDINANCES: <br />Second Readings: <br />(2) Waive Full Reading and Pass Second Reading of an Ordinance to Amend Chapter 5.44 <br />of the Colton Municipal Code Regarding Special Events, ORDINANCE NO. 0-17-02. <br />1 <br />
