Councilman Rehrer had a qustion with regard to the easements and asked that this 8 7 <br />matter be held over until the next regular Council Meeting. <br />On Council consensus, the matter concerning sale of the Hotwell property was continued <br />until the next regular Council Meeting. <br />npmnlitinnc <br />Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, setting for public hearing <br />on Tuesday, August 4, 1981, the Condemnation and Demolition Expense Report. Police Division/Animal Control Officer <br />Ordinance No. 1604 <br />City Attorney Edwards introduced Ordinance No. 1604 for First Reading, advising that <br />this ordinance would authorize the Animal Control Officer to make arrests for <br />State law violations regarding animals and also authorize him it issue citations <br />and file complaints regarding violations of law regarding animals. <br />Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to pass first reading <br />and waive further reading of Ordinance No. 1604.
