COUNCIL MEETING
<br />JANUARY 6, 1981
<br />A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above
<br />given date at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Mayor Gonzales
<br />presiding.
<br />Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
<br />Invocation was offered by Father Michael Keane of Immaculate Conception Church.

<br />Council Members present were Hayes, Cisneros, Rehrer, Garcia, and Mayor Gonzales.
<br />Also present were City Manager Trevino, City Attorney Edwards, and City Clerk
<br />Ramos.
<br />Request authorization to advertise for Bids on Street Light Standards and
<br />Fixtures for Tract No. 9536, Mohave Tract.

<br />Nos. 6054 and 6055 - acknowledge offer of roadway rights-of-way.

<br />pondence from Chief of Police Elliott and Fire Chief Teague, regarding the re-
<br />organization in the Police and Fire Departments, which involves the upgrading
<br />of two Police Lieutenant positions to Police Captains and the change in classi-
<br />fication of Fire Operations Officer to Fire Division Chief.
