52 <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 8:53 p.m. to discuss personnel <br />matters and possible litigation. <br />The Council reconvened at 11:06 p.m. All members present. <br />Personnel <br />Police Dpt. <br />Mayor Gonzales stated the Council had considered a request for Leave of Absence <br />from the Police Department and the request was denied. <br />Personnel <br />Recreation <br />Mayor Gonzales stated the Council had discussed the position of Recreation <br />Supervisor/Grantsman. <br />Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, to delete the <br />position of Recreation Supervisor/Grantsman. Unanimous vote. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />Moved by Councilwoman Garcia, seconded by Councilman Hayes and unanimously passed, <br />Mayor Gonzales adjourned the meeting at 11:10 p.m. <br />HELEN A. Juarez of the Mexican Baptist <br />Church. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Council Members present were Hayes, Rehrer, Garcia, and Mayor Gonzales. Also present <br />were City Manager Trevino, City Attorney Edwards, and City Clerk Ramos.
