Mayor Gonzales spoke about the vendors and charges for renting booths at the auctiN <br />and asked what sort of relief would the vendors be getting. <br />Mrs. Larson stated that the increase in daily fees imposed on them has never been <br />passed on to the vendors, the vendors pay a nominal entrance fee and a rental fee <br />for the booth they use, which can range from $5.00 to $20.00, depending on the <br />size of the booth; however, the vendors have never had an increase imposed on them <br />like the auction business has. <br />After additional discussion, moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman <br />Hayes, to pass Second Reading and adopt Ordinance No. 1614. Upon Roll Call, the <br />Vote was: <br />AYES: Three; Cisneros, Hayes, Rehrer. <br />NOES: Two; Garcia, Gonzales. <br />ABSENT: None. <br />Motion carried. <br />Elections <br />Res. No. 4180 <br />City Attorney presented Resolution No. 4180 for Council's consideration and approval, <br />relating to establishing voting precincts and polling places for the forthcoming <br />General Municipal Election to be held Tuesday, April 13, 1982. <br />N Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to approve Resolution No. <br />(y) 4180. Unanimous vote. <br />7 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4180 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALI- <br />FORNIA, ESTABLISHING VOTING PRECINCTS AND POLLING PLACES, AP- <br />POINTING PRECINCT BOARD MEMBERS AND FIXING COMPENSATION FOR <br />THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION OF SAID CITY ON TUESDAY, APRIL <br />13, 1982, HERETOFORE CALLED BY RESOLUTION NO. 4166 OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL. <br />Appeals <br />Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to set for Public Hear- <br />ing on Tuesday, February 16, 1982, Appeal of Planning Commission Resolution No. 1018, <br />filed by Hugo Neu-Proler.
