Unanimous vote. <br />MAYOR'S REPORTS AND PROCLAMATIONS: <br />Proclamations <br />Mayor Huntoon read in full a Proclamation declaring the week of September 19 through <br />25, 1982, as National Cystic Fibrosis Week. The Proclamation was accepted by <br />Mr. Roy Stayler. <br />CORRESPONDENCE: <br />Police/Public Safety <br />Mr. James F. Celano, District Manager of the San Bernardino Office, Automobile Club <br />of Southern California, presented the City with a plaque honoring Colton for its <br />
