475 Mr. Hutton reported on Change Order No. 5, in the amount of $9,822., for an outlet structure, for Assessment District No. 79-1, advising there are sufficient funds in the Project Contingency account to cover the cost. Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios, to ap- prove Change Order No. 5, in the amount of. $9,822., for Assessment District No. 79-1. Unanimous vote. CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: City Attorney Edwards advised that Item No. 21, concerning considera- tion of an increase in animal fees and Resolution No. 4496, would be removed from the Agenda.
