COUNCIL MEETING FEBRUARY 21, 1984 A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above given date at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Mayor Huntoon presiding. Mayor Huntoon led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Invocation was offered by Councilman Leroy Rehrer. ROLL CALL: Council Members present were Rios, Cisneros, Rehrer, and Mayor Huntoon. Also present were City Manager Elliott, City Attorney Edwards, and City Clerk Ramos. Absent was Councilwoman Garcia. (3) Police Division Consider establishing a Public Safety Emergency Command Center. (4) Bids Consider waiving bid security for the purchase of two pickup trucks for the Parks Division. (5) Bids Award of Bid to Truck Hydraulic Equipment Company, Inc., $8,951.39, aerial device repair for Unit #255, Electric Department. (6) Bids Award of Bid to Balteau Standard, $6,199.94, for one 500 KVA Transformer for the Electric Department. (7) Transfer of Funds Fire Department, $140, to purchase new tape recorder, RESO- LUTION NO. 4420.
