Unanimous vote. <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: <br />Miss Theresa W. Duncan, representing GTK Ltd., made a presentation to <br />the Council advising that Colton is eligible for numerous grants under <br />the Small Cities Programs, and urged the Council to reconsider their <br />recent action in having the County administer their C.D.B.G.
