COUNCIL MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 2, 1988 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on <br />the above given date at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, <br />Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />Invocation was given by Pastor Stephen Anderson, Healing Waters Church. <br />POT -T- rAT.T. • <br />Council Members present were Rios, Cisneros, Rehrer, Garcia, and Mayor <br />Gonzales. Also present were City Manager Benest, City Attorney Edwards, <br />and City Clerk Ramos. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />City Manager Benest advised that Item No. 6, under the Consent Calendar, <br />regarding Workers Compensation, would be removed and considered at some <br />time in the future. <br />(1) Minutes <br />January 19, 1988, January 26, 1988 <br />(2) Warrants <br />65711 through 66042 <br />136480 through 136645 <br />136647 through 136754 <br />(January 21, 1988) <br />(3) Bids <br />Award of Bid, Anthony & Langford, $39,000, Fire Substation <br />No. 4. <br />(4) Bids <br />Waiver of Bid Security for Open Purchase Orders. <br />(5) Bids <br />Rejection of Bids on 1988 Sedan for the Parks Division. All <br />bids exceeded the $12,000 budgeted. <br />(6) Workers Compensation <br />Consider RESOLUTION NO.
