COUNCIL MEETING <br />October 1, 1991 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held <br />on the above given date at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City <br />Hall, Councilwoman Cisneros presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />Councilwoman Cisneros led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to <br />the Flag. <br />INVOCATION: <br />Invocation was offered by Pastor Stephen Anderson, Healing Waters Church. <br />RnT,T, CAT.T.: <br />Councilmembers present were Roman, Cisneros, Rehrer, and Lofy. Also <br />present were City Manager Stratton, City Attorney Brown, and City <br />Clerk Ramos.
