COUNCIL MEETING <br />September 3, 1991 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held <br />on the above given date at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City <br />Hall, Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Councilmembers present were Roman, Cisneros, Rehrer, Lofy, and <br />Mayor Gonzales. Also present were City Manager Stratton, City <br />Attorney Edwards and City Clerk Ramos. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Minutes <br />August 20, 1991 - Regular Meeting <br />(2) Warrants <br />107423 - 107971 <br />171724 - 171755, 171756 - 172051 <br />August 29, 1991 <br />(3) Library <br />Accrual of Interest in Library State Grant Accounts. <br />(4) Library <br />Authorization to accept $10,000 in Federal Library Services <br />& Construction Act (LSCA) Funds for the Development of a <br />Grandparents & Books Program at the Colton Public Library <br />and to Establish New Library Expenditure Accounts. <br />(5) Police/Services <br />Appointment of Full-time City Janitor to the Police <br />Department Facility. <br />(6) Historic Landmark <br />Set for Public Hearing, Tuesday, September 16, 1991, the <br />nomination of Santa Fe Depot, 449 North 6th Street, as a <br />Historic Landmark (Landmark #6), as recommended by the <br />Historic and Scenic Preservation Commission. <br />(7) Claims <br />Robert G. Thompson, Herbert Conaway, Milon Dees, Dewayne <br />Hudson vs City of Colton.
