Fv= <br />IwAt-M-J <br />A Regular Meet -Ing of the City Council of the City of Colton was <br />held on the above given date at 60-32 pgy m.,, in the Council <br />Chambers of the City Hall, Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE,: <br />Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the <br />Flag. <br />INVOCATION, <br />Invocation was offered by Chaplain Bob Johnson. <br />ROLL CALL, : <br />Councilmembers present were Bennett, Sandoval, Rios, Cisneros, <br />Cook, Beltran, and Mayor Gonzales. Also present were City <br />Manager Young, it Attorney Biggs and City Clerk Ramos. <br />401 <br />4110 Work Week <br />Mr. Paul D. Misken, 846 W. Citrus, stated he represented the <br />"Citizens of Colton." He submitted written findings with <br />petitions and made oral presentation regarding their request for <br />the return to 5 -days, 8 -hours per day,. work weeki <br />, for increase n <br />productivity and better service. <br />Reche Canyon Water Line DqMgqes <br />Mr. Don Bradley., 23985 ncanto Court, and Jerry Bailey, 11868 <br />Encanto Court, addressed problems resulting from a broken water <br />pipe. They complained they were not getting anywhere. The first <br />episode in January resulted in .and slippage involving a couple <br />of hillsides and an easement. They spoke with Mr. Lavin. Mr. <br />Medina, from Water Department, surveyed the area and the hillside <br />was tarped. The residents were told there would be no further <br />NOV <br />
