CITY OF COLTON <br />CLOSED SESSION - COUNCI L/REDEVELOPM ENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />NOVEMBER 1, 2005 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, a Regular Meeting was held on the above <br />given date at 5:04 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Bennett presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Mitchell, Ramos, Suchil, Chastain, De La Rosa, Hernandez and <br />Mayor Bennett. <br />City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss <br />item A and B. <br />CLOSE D-SESSI ON: <br />A. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 <br />Title: City Manager <br />B. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 <br />Agency Designated Representative: Anthony Arroyo <br />Employee Organizations: IBEW (Electric), SBPEA (Mid Manager's Unit), Fire <br />Association, Police Management Association <br />City Attorney Derleth adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:05 p.m. and at 6:05 p.m.; <br />the meeting reconvened with all members present as heretofore. <br />City Attorney Derleth reported that the Council did meet in Regular Closed Session and <br />discussed Item A with no reportable action, and would continue Item B to be discussed at the <br />end of the open session. <br />A.
