j ORDINANCE NO, 1107 I 2 !, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.. 964 BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Colton that amended in accordance with the Planning Commissions I Ordinance No. 964 be ame ! 5 recommendation and shall read as follows: SECTION 1. That a new Section be added to Ordinance No, 964 to be ! numbered Section 1709, Article XVII to read as follows, i' Section 1709 - CREATION ., There is hereby created a Modification ; 9 Committee composed of three persons to wit: i 10 (I 1, The Chairman of the Planning Commis Sion, or during his t absence, disability or disqualification, a member of the ! Planning Commission so designated by him. i L �� 2. The Building Inspector, or during his absences disability or disqualification, his deputy so designated by him. 30 The Director of Public Works, or during his absence. 14 disability or disqualification, his deputy so designated by him. 15 i! CHAIRMAN: The Chairman shall be the Chairman of the Planning 16 j Commission or during his absence, disability or disqualification, a Planning 17i Commissioner so designated by him, 18 SECRETARY: The Planning Director shall serve as the Secretary of 19the Modification Committee and the records of said Committee shall be at all 9 ; 201 times available to the Planning Commission.
