(Adoption by Reference) that the rules and regulations pro- viding for and governing the installation of plumbing as set forth in the plumbing code printed in book forms entitled "Uniform Plumbing Code", 1964 edition, said code being prepared by the Western Plumbing Officials Association, three (3) 1 copies of which code have heretofore been filed with and are now on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Colton for public use, and certified by the certificate attached thereto of the City Clerk of said City, reading as follows, to -wit: - IR ELIZABETH DAVIS, City Clerk of the City of Colton, do hereby certify that the annexed Uniform Plumbing Code, 1964 Edition, is thie'.-Uriiif orrh Vlurnbinqo�ode-f,6f.-erre'dl-.toin;--Ofdin'an-c:6 Na.` ';1.25:2 of the City of Colton. ELIZABETH DAVIS City Clerk City of Colton be and the same are hereby established as rules and regulations governing the installation of plumbing in said city; and each andevery part of said code and each and every provision therein contained, except as herein specifically men- tioned is hereby referred to and is hereby adopted and made a part hereof, as though fully set forth in this ordinance, and the provisions of said code are hereby established as rules and regulations providing for and governing the installation of plumbing in said city. SECTION 2. Exceptions. The following sections of said code are hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 1. 1 Administrative Authority and Assistants.
