PURSUANT TO AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 12, PART 1, DIVISION 24 OF THE HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE (933450 et. seg.) BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Colton that the Redevelopment Plan for Downtown Redevelopment Area, Project No. 2, Calif. R-85, adopted by the City Council of the City of Colton, be amended by amending the boundaries of the Project Area to exclude certain land from the Project Area as recorded pursuant to Section 33373 of the Health and Safety Code described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the northerly right-of-way line of the San Bernardino Free- way and the westerly right-of-way line of 8th Street, and proceeding north along the westerly right-of-way of 8th Street to the intersection of this line with the northerly right-of-way line of "H" Street; thence proceeding west along the northerly right-of-way line of 1°H" Street to the intersection of this line with the east- erly right-of-way line of the Santa Fe R.R.; thence proceeding southerly along the easterly right-of-way line of the Santa Fe R.R. to the intersection of this line with the northerly right-of-way line of the San Bernardino Free- way; thence proceeding easterly along the northerly right-of-way line of the San Bernar- dino Freeway to the point of beginning. The land proposed to be excluded from the boundaries of said project area is the westerly twelve (12) feet of the project. Said twelve (12) feet lies directly adjacent to the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company right-of-way line. The project boundaries excluding the above mentioned twelve (12) foot strip of land is as follows:
