COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. 70 AND IMPROVEMENT ZONE A OF COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. 70. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON:: WHEREAS, preliminary proceedings for annexation of certain des- Icribed territory to the City of Colton were initiated when the property owner Ifiled a resolution of application with the Local Agency Formation Commission in Ithe County of San Bernardino pursuant to the provisions of theMunicipalOrgani- �zation Act of 1977; and WHEREAS, thereafter appropriate proceedings were conducted by the ILocal Agency Formation Commission and on June 14, 1978, the Commission adopt - led a resolution, being Resolution No. 1413, 'approving the proposed annexation, subject to the follow:ing conditions: 1. The conducting agency shall not make any changes in the lboundari,es hereby approved nor sha 11 it impose any new conditions or modify any ,conditions hereby imposed unless and until it receives the approval of the Local '!Agency Formation -Commission for such changes, modifications, or conditions, pur- �suant to the procedures prescribed by Section 35162 of the Government Code. 2. The conducting agency shall provide the Local Agency Forma- Ition Commission Executive Officer with.a copy of the certified resolution indi- iicating final disposition of the proposal pursuant to Government Code Section I 1 35201. 3. The following distinctive short form designation shall be used throughout this proceeding: LAFC NO. 18,13'.
