1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4378 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING <br />CERTAIN CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS IN <br />PROCEEDINGS AND ASSESSMENTS IN AN <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT PURSUANT TO THE <br />"MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT ACT OF 1913115 <br />BEING DIVISION 12 OF THE STREETS AND <br />HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />WHEREAS, the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA, has previously adopted its Resolution of Intention <br />pursuant to the provisions of the "Municipal Improvement Act of <br />191311, being Division 12 of the Streets and Highways Code of the <br />State of California, for the construction of certain works of <br />improvement in a special assessment district known and designated <br />as <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 79-1 <br />(AIRPORT COMMERCE CENTER) <br />(hereinafter referred to as the "Assessment District"); and, <br />WHEREAS, subsequent thereto, the City Council did, by <br />Resolution, approve the "Report" and call for sealed bids on the <br />construction of the works of improvement as contemplated in said <br />Assessment District; and, <br />WHEREAS, prior to said Public Hearing, sealed bids were <br />received and considered for the construction of the works of <br />improvement in the Assessment District, and based on the recommen- <br />dations therefor, it is now determined that assessments can be <br />amended and modified because of the favorable construction bid so <br />received; and, <br />WHEREAS, at this time a proposal for the purchase of <br />bonds has been received; and, <br />
