R-91-05 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON APPROVING A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT TO CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1220 AND 1228 CENTER DRIVE IN THE CITY OF COLTON FROM LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO OFFICE/BUSINESS PARK: DAP NO. 000-396 WHEREAS, the City of Colton Community Development Department filed an application (File No. DAP -000-396) requesting approval of a general plan amendment to change the land use designation from "Low Density Residential" to "Office/Business Park" ("Application") for property located at 1220 and 1228 Center Drive (Assessor Parcel Nos. 0276-162-08 and 09- 000) ("Subject Site") in the City of Colton, County of San Bernardino; and WHEREAS, the Application was referred to all affected public agencies pursuant to section 65352 of the Government Code; WHEREAS, the Application was reviewed, studied, and found to comply with the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") as more fully described below; WHEREAS, on July 12, 2005, the Planning Commission of the City of Colton (the "Planning Commission") conducted a duly noticed public hearing on the Application at which time all persons wishing to testify in connection with the Application were heard and the Application was fully studied; WHEREAS, the Planning Commission adopted a Resolution recommending approval of this amendment to the General Plan of the City of Colton; WHEREAS, on August 2, 2005, the City Council of the City of Colton ("City Council") conducted a duly noticed public hearing on the Application at which time all persons wishing to testify in connection with the Application were heard and the Application was fully studied; and occurred; WHEREAS, all other legal prerequisites to the adoption of this Resolution have
