There will be no separate discussion on these items <br />prior to the time the City Council votes on the motion to adopt unless <br />Members of the Council, Staff, or the public request specific items be <br />discussed and/or removed from the CONSENT CALENDAR for separate action. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Warrants - Nos. 73253 through 73269, and Nos. 142959 through <br />143145, 143146 through 143335 (October 27, 1988) inclusive, <br />as recommended by the Assistant City Manager. <br />(2) Chamber of Commerce - Request permission to hold 13th Annual <br />"Christmas in the Park" Parade and Program, Saturday, December <br />10, 1988. <br />(3) Agreements - Execution of Power Sales Agreement between the Cities <br />of Azusa, Banning, Colton and Pasadena, and future similar Agree- <br />ments. <br />(4) Lease - Extension of Ground Lease of portion of property at Laurel <br />Street Substation. <br />
