Hutton, Director of Public Works Date: August 1, 1990 <br />SUBJECT: Approval of Tract #14048 for Recordation, <br />Napthal and Topa. Savings Bank <br />Tract #14048 is located -on the southeast corner of Randall Ave. and Eucalyptus Ave. <br />The Tract consists of 46 single family lots. <br />STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM: <br />The developer is requesting Council's consideration of approving Tract #14048.
