The City Council also approved a planned community consisting of 118 single family homes and 202 condominium residental units (See attached Conditions - Exhibit A"). The Council did not have a specific design before them that night and therefore a requirement was made which instructed the developer to submit for a conditional use permit when he was ready to submit his plans. Eight years later, the Planning Commission has reviewed the plans and denied the site plan and Architecture request based on traffic issues., in the intervening years, the developer built a successful first phase in 1986 consisting of 42 homes.
