Hutton, Director of Public Works �z Date: Njay 8, 1990 <br />SUBJECT: Public Hearing for Vacation of Little Colton Ave. <br />On April 17, 1990 Council set a public hearing for the vacation of Little Colton <br />Avenue. Leganoff-WKnight Inc. requested the vacation of that porti . on of Little <br />Colton Avenue southerly of Mt.
