Gabriel, Economic Development Director*0 <br />SUBJECT: CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION DESIGNATING Date: April 19, 1994 <br />CERTAIN AREAS TO BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE RANCHO/MILL <br />REDEVELOPMENT SURVEY AREA FOR STUDY PURPOSES <br />Background <br />In reviewing the proposed boundaries of the Rancho/Mill Project Area, Staff has realized that a certain <br />section was unintentionally omitted by the Consultant, GRC Redevelopment Consultants, Inc. The <br />matter was brought to the attention of the Consultant and the Agency's Special Counsel, Sabo & <br />Green.
