Zamora <br />Community Development * or <br />CITY MANAGER CONCURRENCE:z 1�4 /1 14' 0 <br />SUBJECT: Set for Public Hearing, for the Regular City Council Meeting of <br />December 20, 1994, an Amendment to Title 18 of the Colton <br />Municipal Code (Zoning Ordinance) to include Section <br />18.48.100, "Recreational Vehicles Regulations." <br />BACKGROUND: <br />At the Regular Planning Commission Meeting of November 22, 1994, the Commission <br />considered and recommended to the City Council, the attached amendment to Title 18 <br />of the Colton Municipal Code (Zoning Ordinance) to include Section 18.48.100, <br />"Recreational Vehicles Regulations." <br />DISCUSSION <br />The Planning Commission held several study sessions and a Public Hearing regarding <br />the parking and storage of recreational vehicles in the City. Residents were provided <br />the opportunity to comment on the proposed Amendment at a Public Hearing held on <br />November 22, 1994. After public comment and discussion on the item, the Commission <br />recommended approval of the Amendment to Title 18 of the Colton Municipal Code <br />(Zoning Ordinance) to include Section 18.48.100, "Recreational Vehicles Regulations." <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />None. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends setting for Public Hearing, for the Regular City Council Meeting of <br />December 20, 1994, the attached amendment to Title 18 of the Colton Municipal Code <br />(Zoning Ordinance) to include Section 18.48.100, "Recreational Vehicles Regulations." <br />D RZ/kd <br />Attachment <br />
