2 ORDINANCE NO. 1533 - AN ORDINANCE OF TflE CITY OF COLTON ADOPTING THE "UNI - First Reading FORM BUILDING CODE", 1976 EDITION, VOLUME I, BUILDING; VOLUME II, MECHANICAL; VOLUME III, HOUSING; VOLUME IV, ABATEMENT OF DANGEROUS BUILDINGS; VOLUME V, SIGNS, AND APPENDICES THERETO APPERTAINING. Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, to waive further reading of Ordinance No. 1533. Upon Roll Call, the Vote was: AYES: Five; Beltran, Cisneros, Gonzales, Hayes, Rehrer. NOES: None. ABSENT: None. Motion carried unanimously. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: Councilman Gonzales moved that Staff be instructed to prepare a Resolution to the County Board of Supervisors, requesting that the City of Colton's representative on the Board be changed. Mayor Beltran led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Invocation was offered by the Reverend Steven Galipeau of Grace Episcopal Church. ROLL CALL: Council Members present were Hayes, Cisneros, Rehrer, Gonzales, and Mayor Beltran. Also present were City Manager Calabrese, City Attorney Edwards, and Deputy City Clerk Veralrud. Absent was City Clerk Ramos.
