EXECUTIVE SESSION: The City Council adjourned to Executive Session at 10:35 p. m., to discuss matters of Litigation, and reconvened at 11:08 p. m., all Members present. Parcnnnal Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to approve employment of a Special Engineer Consultant, and authorize the City Manager to hire him. Unanimous vote.
