EXECUTIVE SESSION: The City Council adjourned to Executive Session at 9:03 p. m., to discuss matters of Meet and Confer, and reconvened at 9:31 p. m., all Members present. Redevelopment Agency Mr. John Brown, Legal Counsel for the Colton Redevelopment Agency, spoke briefly regarding Redevelopment Agency matters, asking that the City Council recess and reconvene as the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton to take care of a resolution and revenue note. 42.E Councilwoman Garcia stated that as Chairman of the Redevelopment Agency, she would not consider holding a meeting this evening, as the Agenda material for the R.D.A. meeting had reached the Members just today, which was not sufficient time for the Agency Members to study the items or take any action this evening. After additional discussion, it was decided this matter could be considered during an adjourned meeting to be held on Thursday, June 19, 1980. Also present were Acting City Manager Elliott, City Attorney Edwards, Acting Finance Director Andengaard, City Auditor Young and City Clerk Ramos. RECESS: The City Council recessed at 6:40 p. m., to meet as the Redevelopment Agency. The City Council reconvened at 7:03 p. m., all members present. RESOLUTION NO. 4003 City Attorney Edwards introduced Resolution No. 4003, reading it as to number and title. Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to approve Resolution No. 4003. Motion carried. Councilman Rehrer voting NO. BUDGET: Preliminary Recreation Acting City Manager Elliott reported that he and Mr. Lofy had discussed with Mr. Ray Abril the plan to continue all existing recreation programs.
