119 <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />AUGUST 1, 1989 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held <br />on the above given date at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City <br />Hall, Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />Invocation was offered by Pastor Stephen Anderson, Healing Waters Church. <br />R n T.T. r A T.T. <br />Council Members present were Rios, Cisneros, Rehrer, Lofy, and Mayor <br />Gonzales. Unanimous vote. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />Annual Fiesta <br />Mayor Gonzales referred to a letter from San Salvador Catholic Church <br />requesting City services for their Annual Fiesta to be held on Saturday, <br />August 5, 1989, and Sunday, August 6, 1989. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to approve <br />request from San Salvador Catholic Church for City services for Annual <br />Fiesta. Unanimous vote. <br />Boards & Commissions <br />Moved by Councilman Lofy, seconded by Councilman Rios, to ratify ap- <br />pointment of Beverly E.
