Notice of Adjournment of Meeting was <br />posted on October 5, 2017, in compliance with Government Code Section 54954.2. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, MPT Toro (appeared at 4:15 p.m.), Cisneros, Navarro, González, <br />Woods, Suchil, and Mayor DeLaRosa. <br /> <br />STAFF PRESENT <br />City Manager Smith, City Attorney Campos, and City Clerk Padilla. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None <br /> <br />City Attorney Campos announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to Discuss <br />Item A. <br /> <br />CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br />A.
