JOINT SPECIAL MEETING <br />CITY OF COLTON CITY COUNCIL/SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY FOR THE CITY OF COLTON/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY/ <br />COLTON PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY AND <br />COLTON HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />AND <br />THE RECREATION AND PARKS COMMISSION <br />SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES <br />April 9, 2015 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given a Special Meeting of the City <br />Council/Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton/Colton Utility <br />Authority/Colton Public Financing Authority and Colton Housing Authority and the Recreation <br />and Parks Commission was held on the above given date at 5:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers <br />of City Hall, 650 North La Cadena Drive, Mayor DeLaRosa and Chairperson Rasso presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL: <br />Councilmembers present were Toro, Jorrin (appeared at 5:50 p.m) Gonzalez, Suchil, Mayor Pro <br />Tem Navarro, and Mayor DeLaRosa. Absent Councilmember Bennett. Also present were City <br />Manager Smith, and City Clerk Padilla <br />RECREATION AND PARKS COMMISSION ROLL CALL <br />Commissioners present were Hernandez, Rivas, Ramirez, Zamora (appeared at 5:36 p.m.) Garcia, <br />Vice -Chairperson Kunter (appearedat 6:19p.m.), and Chairperson Rasso. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None. <br />BUSINESS ITEMS <br />(1) Discussion on the Colton Regional Sports Park. <br />City Manager Smith introduced ICG (Integrated Consulting Group) Consultants who presented <br />the City of Colton Regional Soccer Complex and Community Park, Feasibility Study <br />Presentation. ICG Representatives consisted of Ron Hagen, Senior Consultant, ICG and Jeff <br />Scott, Principal, ICG. <br />Mr. Hagen and Mr. Scott jointly with the assistance of a PowerPoint presentation included in <br />detail the following: <br />2015 APRIL 09 JOINT SPECIAL MEETING WITH RECREATION AND PARKS COMMISSION - 1 - <br />
