CITY OF COLTON <br />CITY COUNCIL/SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />FOR THE CITY OF COLTON/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY/ <br />COLTON PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY AND <br />COLTON HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES <br />June 3, 2015 <br />Regular Meeting held on the above -given date at 5:37 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City <br />Hall, with Mayor Richard DeLaRosa presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Toro, Jorrin, Gonzalez, Suchil, MPT Navarro and Mayor <br />DeLaRosa. Absent CM Bennett. <br />STAFFPRESENT <br />City Manager Smith, City Attorney Campos, and City Clerk Padilla. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />The following community members addressed the Council: Gary Grossich <br />WORKSHOP / BUSINESS ITEMS <br />(1) Budget Workshop. <br />City Manager began the workshop with an introductory statement: "Tonight is the second of two <br />planned Budget Workshops; at this point we have taken the input from last weeks workshop and <br />incorporated to the most updated draft document you have; Finance Director will take you <br />through those changes in a moment; as well as some updates on some of our other funds as well; <br />our staff is also here to answer any additional questions you (Council) may have.
