CITY OF COLTON <br />CITY COUNCIL/SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />FOR THE CITY OF COLTON/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY/ <br />COLTON PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY AND <br />COLTON HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES <br />December 17, 2012 <br />The Special Meeting of the Colton City Council was held on the above -given date and was called <br />to order at 6:06 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Sarah S. Gomez, City Clerk <br />Aurelio De La Torre, City Treasurer <br />(1) Waste Disposal Agreement — Approved the Amendment to the Waste Disposal <br />Agreement (WDA) between the County of San Bernardino and City of Colton to Change <br />the Termination Date from June 30, 2013 to June 30, 2016. <br />Mayor Zamora announced that a revised Waste Disposal Agreement was distributed at the dais <br />and asked members of the public to see the City Clerk for copies. <br />Public Works Director Amer Jakher gave a PowerPoint presentation providing an overview of <br />the Waste Disposal Agreement provisions and answered questions from Council Members. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />The following community members addressed the Council: <br />Peter Sternberg, Republic Services, Gary Grossich and Ron Lawrence <br />2012 DECEMBER 17 SPEC CC/SARDA/CUA/CPFA/CHA MEETING <br />_1_ <br />
