11171111111 <br />In accordance with notice duly and Legally given, an Adlourned Regular <br />Meeting of the City Council of the City of Coltona held on the above <br />given at t 5:30 P. Mat in the Council Chambers of Citi` Hall, Mayor <br />Fulp presiding. <br />EIAG SALUTE-, <br />Mayr Fulp led the assembly in the pledge of allegiance. <br />Councilmember present were Hutton., Sandoval, Bennett, Cook, Sanders, <br />Beltran and Mayor Fulp. Also present were City Attorney Biggs, City <br />Manager Martinez, and CityClerk Ramos <br />AGENDA REVIEW <br />Mayor Fula recognized that matters on the agenda can evoke emotions an <br />he invoked the rules of decorum, stressing mutual respect. invited <br />persons who wanted to speak to complete cards as provided by the City <br />Clerk. <br />Count i 1 .e b r Hutton moved, seconded by Count lmember Sandoval, to have <br />Consent Calendar Items Need 1. 2 and 3. fellow budget Item No. 4. <br />Unanimous vote. <br />Mayor Fulp moved, seconded by Coa t i lmem er Bennett, to advance Agenda <br />Item No. 4e Unanimous vote. <br />Motion by Council e ber Sandoval, seconded by Councilmember Hutton, to <br />accept the Citi` Managerrs recommendation to obtain $2,100,000 in the <br />form of a loan from the Electric Utility but not to accept $225,558 in <br />General. Fund reductions or $59,200 in reductions to the enterprise <br />account. <br />Councilmember Sandoval cautioned that Council stay away from any further <br />reduction in the .labor force until there is opportunity to analyze the <br />impact the current layoffs ill have.
