ADJOURNED CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />JULY 201 1995 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, an Adjourned Regular Meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above given date at <br />6:25 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Mayor Fulp presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />Mayor Fulp led the assembly in the pledge of allegiance. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Councilme-abers present were Sandoval, Bennett, Cook, Sanders, Beltran and Mayor <br />Fulp. Also present were City Attorney Biggs, City Manager Martinez, and City <br />Clerk Ramos. Absent was Councilmember Hutton. <br />AGENDA REVIEW: <br />motion by Councilmember Sandoval, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to table <br />agenda items nos. 21, 22, 29 and 30, due to the fiscal nature of the items and <br />as a courtesy to the absent member of the Council. Mayor Fulp declared that the <br />governing body was represented by a quorum. Councilmember Sandoval stated that <br />because of the fiscal nature of the items, all of the members of Council should <br />be represented. Councilmember Bennett countered that the items were placed on <br />the agenda upon the Mayor's request and should be considered out of respect for <br />the Mayor. <br />Mrs. Jean Ferrante, for edification, asked what difference the proposed action <br />would make. <br />motion became moot with CounQilmembers Sandoval, Cook and Beltran voting for the <br />motion and CouncibTenbers Sanders, Bennett and Mayor Fulp voting against the <br />motion. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />motion by CouncilmeTber Beltran, seconded by Councilmember Sanders, to accept <br />staff recommendation and approve RESOLUTION NO. R -77-95e RDA Senior Housing Project. <br />PUBLIC CCHMENT <br />Multi -Topics <br />Mrs. Jeanne Ferrante, 1131 Lyndon Drive, voiced concerns about District 3; sewer <br />problems; a trash plan; the lighting and maintenance district; and the <br />fireworks. <br />1 <br />JUL 2 0 199S <br />
