CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />APRIL 2, 1996 <br />A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was <br />held on the above given date at 6:30 P. M., in the Council Chambers <br />of City Hall, Mayor Fulp presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />Mayor Fulp led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />INVOCATION: <br />Chaplain Glen C. Harris offered the invocation. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Present were Councilmember John C. Hutton, Councilmember Floyd D. <br />Hansen, Councilmember Deirdre H. Bennett, Councilmember Betty L. <br />Cook, Councilmember Donald Sanders, Councilmember Abe E. Beltran <br />and Mayor George V. Fulp. Also present were City Attorney Biggs, <br />City Manager Martinez, and City Clerk Freeman. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />* Certificates of Recognition of Girls Softball League and the <br />Youth Football League. <br />* Certificates of Appreciation to Public Works Department and <br />Redevelopment Agency Clean-up of Elizabeth Davis Park. <br />* Announcement of Clean-up Day and Graffiti Removal at College <br />Parkway Area. <br />* Proclamation of National Library Week - April 15 - 20, 1996. <br />* Proclamation of National Resource Conservation Month - April <br />1996. <br />RECESS: <br />At 7:10 P.
