CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />DECEMBER 03 1996 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the :above' <br />given date at 6:1 o P. M,, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, Mayor Pro Tempore <br />Cook presiding. <br />FLAG "SALUTE: <br />Mayou Pro Tempore Cook led the assembly in the pledge of allegiance. <br />INVOCAT ON: <br />Invocation was offered by Chaplain Bob Johnson, <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Present were Councilmember John Hutton; Councilmember Floyd D. Hansen; <br />Councilmember Deirdre Bennett; Councilmember Don Sanders; and Mayor Pro <br />Tempore Cook. Mayor Fulp and Councilmember Beltran were absent. <br />Also Present were City Manager Freeman, City Attorney Biggs and Interim City Clerk <br />Delgado. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />Interim City ' Clerk Delgado - referred to the rules of Decorum and Order and <br />enforcement thereof and agenda protocol. <br />Presentations. Awards, Proclamations <br />Councilmember Sanders recognized Mr. Dave Toro for his volunteer work and <br />achievements on behalf of this community. <br />CANVASS OF FLECTION: <br />Interim City Clerk Delgado submitted Certification by Registrar of Voters Ingrid <br />Gonzales of the November 5, 1996, declaring the Presidential GeneralMunicipal <br />Election results: Kelly J.
