Bennett <br />City Attorney Carvalho <br />➢ Proclamation declared May 2 - 8, 1999 as Municipal Clerk Week; City Clerk Barrera <br />accepted. <br />➢ Proclamation declared April 1999 as National Resources Conservation month; Community <br />Development Director Zamora accepted. <br />➢ Proclamation declared May 15, 1999 as Police Memorial Day; Police Captain Heusterberg <br />accepted. <br />➢ Proclamation declared April 20, 1999 as National Youth Service Day; document to be <br />forwarded to the U. S. Conference of Mayors in Washington D.
