C. <br />This was the time and place fixed to consider an appeal by Taormina Industries from the Planning <br />Commission action denying a major variance to establish a metal building in the Santa Ana River <br />Redevelopment Project Area Specific Plan (File Index Number DCV -33-99) <br />Mayor Gaytan opened the Public Hearing.
