Macias as the Outstanding Crossing Guard of the <br />Year for 1999; Mr. Macias accepted the document. <br />ORDINANCE: <br />URGENCY ORDINANCE - UNIFORM BUILDING CODES <br />Community Development Director David Zamora summarized his written report dated June 15, <br />1999. <br />MOTION/VOTE: Motion/second by CM Cook/Grimsby to waive full reading and pass an <br />urgency ordinance adopting by reference the 1998 Edition of the California Building Standards <br />Code (California Code of Regulations, Title 24) incorporating the 1997 Uniform Building Code, <br />Volumes I, II and III, the 1997 Uniform Mechanical Code, the 1997 Uniform Plumbing Code, the <br />1996 National Electrical Code, certain Amendments, additions and deletions thereto; adopting by <br />City Council Mins June 15, 1999 I <br />
