Gaytan (ill) <br />STAFF PRESENT <br />City Manager Garcia City Attorney Derleth <br />Acting City Clerk Delgado <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />➢ Proclamation was read in recognition of National DECA Week at Bloomington High School; <br />President Latia Williams accepted the document and introduced fellow officers. <br />➢ The City Library's celebration of Dr. Seuss' Birthday and Read Across America was <br />announced for Thursday, March 2nd at 3:45 P. M., at the Public Library.
