CITY OF COLTON <br />CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />JUNE 6, 2000 <br />Regular Meeting held on the above -given date at 6:13 P. M., in the Council Chambers of City <br />Hall, with Mayor Pro Tempore Bennett, presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE <br />Councilmember Sanders led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />INVOCATION <br />Dr, Tom Harvick led the invocation. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />PRESENT <br />CM Donald J. Cook <br />City Attorney Carvalho <br />➢ Proclamation and Certificates of Recognition were presented to the coaches and team <br />members of the Colton High School Varsity Softball. Honored were coaches Joseph R. <br />Montes, Abel Navarro, Kenny Villalobos, and Danny Serrano, and team members Cary <br />Akins, Tricia Darrington, Erin Espinosa, Melissa Smith, Rachel Leon, Kelly Villalobos, <br />Kenya Gray, Desiree Serrano, Lorraine Chacon, Jennifer Gonzales, Shannon Garcia, Jennifer <br />Logan, Michelle Merrick, Christina Villalobos and Candice Carter. <br />➢ Suggestion Award Committee presented a Certificate of Commendation to Kenneth Conaway, <br />Equipment Mechanic in Public Works Department, whom offered the prize money to the <br />Christmas Committee. <br />➢ The Mayor's trophy for the Inland Empire Economic Partnership Golf Tournament was <br />presented to the Tom Clarke Golf Team members. <br />City Council Mins June 6, 2000 1 <br />
