M., in the Council Chambers of City <br />Hall, with Mayor Bennett, presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />Mayor Bennett led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />INVOCATION <br />Pastor Kim Starr led the invocation. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />PRESENT <br />CM Ramon M. Hernandez <br />CM Kelly J. Chastain <br />CM John Mitchell <br />Mayor Deirdre Bennett <br />STAFF PRESENT <br />City Manager Parrish <br />City Clerk Barrera <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />CM Richard A. De La Rosa <br />CM Helen A. Ramos <br />CM Sarah S. Zamora <br />City Attorney Carvalho <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST ISSUES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF MAY 7, <br />2002 <br />Mayor Bennett asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict <br />of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. No disclosures made. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />> Presentation - Mayor Bennett introduced Lt. Col. David Mahoney (USMC-retired-Naval <br />Science Department Head) who also introduced members of the RJROTC Cadet <br />Commander Kelly and Williams, they extended an invitation for the First Annual Colton <br />High School NJROTC Spring Ball on June 6, 2002 <br />> Proclamation - National Law Day, read by Mayor Bennett who presented to Police <br />Chief Randy Huesterberg. <br />> Proclamation - Police Week, May 12-18, 2002 read by CM De La Rosa and presented <br />to Chief Heusterberg. <br />> Proclamation - Save A Life Week, read by Mayor Bennett and mailed to <br />> Certificates - Colton Little Angels Cheerleading Squad No Presentation <br />2002 May 7 CC Reg Mtg Mins <br />
