Barrera, City Clerk <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST ISSUES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />SEPTEMBER 3, 2002. <br />Mayor Bennett asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict <br />of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />Certificate - Senator Nell Soto <br />Mayor Bennett presented Senator Nell Soto with a Certificate of Commendation for her <br />dedication to improving the region she represents and her fight to alleviate the contamination in <br />the Inland Empire water supply. <br />D Presentation - K-9 America Express & Officer Paul Vasquez <br />Police Chief Randy Heusterberg introduced the new K-9 Officer America Express, a 17 month <br />old German Shepard who was accompanied by his handler, Officer Paul Vasquez. <br />Certificates (16) - Police Explorers <br />1 <br />
