Barrera, City Clerk <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST ISSUES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />FEBRUARY 4, 2003. <br />Mayor Bennett asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict <br />of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />Presentation - James Rodriguez, Gang Intervention Team presented an update on the <br />progress of the organization since Council had allocated CDBG funds for the program. <br />Proclamation - CM Zamora read Proclamation in honor of Black History Month which <br />will be displayed in Council Offices. <br />Proclamation - Mayor Bennett read and presented to City Engineer Amer Jahker a <br />proclamation in honor of National Arbor Day. <br />1 <br />2003 FEBRUARY 4 CC/RDA/CUA/SCPFA Mtng.
